How to make your site visitors come back for more.
The answer? Spend just a couple of hours each week building a massive website filled with content… content… content.
You heard me say it over and over again… content is number one. The more beneficial information you offer to your site readers, the more they will want to return to see what’s new. The idea here is to capture the attention of your visitors and hold on to it. This can be done in a number of ways.
1. Use free content
This is the cheapest way to find content for your site. There are literally tons of websites, known as article directories, where you can source free articles covering a wide variety of topics. The articles are posted with the understanding that the members can use them as they please, just as long as you do not edit or delete the resource box. The most preferred way to getting free content, is to join an affiliate program that offers free, pre-written content for members to use.
The main benefit of using free content is that you are spared the task of writing it yourself.
One such Company, MoreNiche, provides their affiliates with new article updates on an on-going basis to keep content fresh. If affiliate marketing is new to you, and this is your first attempt at setting up a website, then joining a site like MoreNiche would be the most suitable option for you to choose. Free content will really jump-start your affiliate marketing business and get the profits rolling in.
2. Use Private Label Content
A tad bit restrictive, private label content (or PLC) refers to a variety of media including articles, user manuals and E-books. Unlike free content sites, private label content is available for a fee. The site user is usually required to pay for the right to use the site. A subscription fee, of sort. In addition, users of private label content have to indicate that the media is being used with the author’s permission, cannot claim ownership of it, and cannot submit the articles to free articles databases.
Although, the restrictions may seem like a problem, there is a special benefit to using PLC that is often overlooked.
When you use private label content, you don’t necessarily have to include a resource box. The benefit of this is that your readers remain with you all the time. There is no web address inviting your visitors to leave your site and go to theirs.
3. Build a mailing list
Whether you choose to use free content sites or PLC sites, there is a way to use the articles to keep your visitors coming back for more.
To begin building a mailing list, start by subscribing to an email auto responder service like Aweber, GetResponse, or TrafficOasis. These services will send your articles to subscribers on a timed schedule. The sites will have tutorial pages to walk you through the steps of uploading your articles to their database and setting up an opt-in box. Most successful affiliate marketers use auto responders to apply a “free crash course in…” strategy to build their mailing lists. If you use this method to build your list, you should use the PLC articles to train your subscribers.
Try downloading at least 25 to 45 articles to use in your auto responder campaign. The articles should cover your niche as well as provide an incentive to return to your site. Try something like “read more about…” or “get a free copy of…”
The action terms should convince your subscriber that it will be in their best interest if they return to your site. Be sure to include your site URL so that your subscriber can return to your site in a single click.
4. Use free site templates that already contain content
This is important. Pay close attention to the caption and read it again. It says “USE FREE TEMPLATES THAT CONTAIN CONTENT”
What this means is that you should avoid website templates that are basic, content-free and lackluster. They will not help you in the long run. The best template for your business is the one that is geared toward the niche you are promoting.
For example, if you are an affiliate marketer for a pharmaceutical company, use a site template that shows a nurse in a white jacket carrying a clipboard, and wearing a stethoscope around her neck. If you are promoting car parts, why not use a template showing a mechanic looking into the engine bay of a vehicle.
You need to be creative when it comes to choosing a website template for your business. The key is to tell your visitors that they have come to the right place.
5. Join an affiliate program that provides the necessary tools.
If you’re a one-stop shopper, you may want to consider joining an affiliate program that provides all the necessary tools needed to help you business flourish. Try to pick a site that provides pre-designed templates, pre-written articles, promotional banners and guides as well as site scripts that are geared towards the niche products that they sell.
This type of site will make your life easier because everything you need is there at your disposal. You can access a multitude of free affiliate marketing resources at the MoreNiche™ affiliate program. Famous for high commissions and excellent support, MoreNiche™ will show you how to use affiliate marketing tools to make you money.

How to make your site list first in search engines
The answer is quite simple. Search engines!
Anyone who has ever surfed the net knows what a search engine is and you, my friend, are no different. For those who are new to the internet world, I will define a search engine a neat place to find any website about anything you can imaginatively create. Right now, there are literally tens of thousands of search engines available online. The three biggest, Google, Yahoo and Ask.com have dominated the search engine world over the last ten years.
The reason for this is the format they use to provide a service. Google, Yahoo and Ask are what can be considered as general-purpose worldwide search engines. With the existence of hundreds of language-specific search engines, and thousands of website specific search engines, we can see why so many surfers prefer a one-stop shopping experience when it comes to using a search engine…better results.
Internet surfers find whatever it is they’re looking for quite easily with search engines. The process simply requires a user to go to a site like Google, for example, and type the subject they are seeking in the search box. The next step is to press the enter key. How hard can those few little steps be? Not hard at all…
The real work comes with getting your site listed among the first few items in the search results. How can you be certain that your site will be listed?
The answer is Keywords.
Whenever a search is performed on a site like Google or Yahoo, the site runs through a series of searches on the internet to come up with the results. One of the criteria the engine takes into consideration is the number of keywords that a site may contain. The engine also looks at familiar keywords and key phrases relative to the search query.
For example, if someone searches for “fried green tomato recipes”, the results will list those sites that contain keywords or phrases similar to the search phrase… while listing the site containing the most keywords first.
It is because of this search method that it is so important to use as many keywords and key phrases in the text of your site content. The more keywords you use, the better your chances of being listed first.
It’s important that you constantly remind yourself that content is the life-blood of your affiliate marketing site. If you do not have enough interesting content on your site, your readers will not stay for long and you will lose potential sales.
Simply put, if your visitors do not stay a while, chances are that they will leave and never return. It is crucial, to the success of your site, that you post content that is well-written, easy-to-read, and not heavily laden with keywords to the extent that it confuses your visitor.
To ensure success as an affiliate marketer, try to use as many keywords and key phrases in your site content. The MakingYouRicher program found at http://www.wealthyresults.ws
provides members with a list of the most widely searched keywords and key phrases online.
How to get mass site traffic in 5 simple steps.
The success of any affiliate marketing campaign is determined by one important item…site traffic. Without site traffic, your business ceases to exist. Very simply put, site traffic equal visitor, and visitors equal potential buyers. So, it’s safe to say that if you have no traffic, then no one’s buying what you have to offer. Period.
So, what good is site traffic and how do you get it?
Well, for starters, the more visitors you have to your site, the more your chances of making a sale. Here, I will show you the top 5 methods I use daily to get traffic to my domains.
Blogging – With sites like Blogger.com and Wordpress.com, it’s easy to get your traffic campaign started with a blog. What’s a blog? Essentially, it’s a short name for web log, a type of online diary where you can post articles and short stories for others readers to enjoy. From a marketing stand-point, you can post articles that will drive traffic, hence your readers, to your affiliate site which should be linked back to your blog. This is known as back linking.
Back links are extremely helpful in getting your site ranked in the search engines, such as Google and Yahoo. To get started, choose from a variety of blog sites and register with them to become a member. This site, http://www.blogger.com/, comes with the extra benefit of Google promoting your blog within a couple of days through RSS feeds sending you more site traffic. As a registered member, you can start posting articles, affiliate banner scripts , text links, Google Adsense scripts and reciprocal links to other sites.
The idea is to monetize your blog with various income streams, while giving your readers a reason to visit your affiliate site.
Forums – Unlike a blog, a forum is more of a question and answer arena where you meet with like-minded individuals and post messages for others to read. A forum can be quite enjoyable to work with since you can learn from and teach others by sharing ideas, strategies, and testimonials. Although most forums do not allow posting ads and sales scripts, you can link to your affiliate site, or blog, by including the URL in your email signature.
To set up an effective email signature which will be displayed every time you post a message, just follow the forum tutorial on setting up signatures. A good signature should include your full name, your business title, site URL, email address, and a catchy slogan. Practice creating signatures on paper until you find the one that really brings it home.
Viral Marketing – One of the most effective forms of marketing, viral marketing has been around since the birth of online business. Although VM requires a little extra effort, the results that come from it are truly satisfying. One way to start viral marketing is to create and distribute an eBook. There are a variety of software program that can help publish your first eBook, which you then give away as an incentive from your site.
When you create the eBook, you should include plenty of links to your affiliate programs and close with a full-page ad for your product or service. To make the eBook truly viral, grant permission to your readers to sell or freely distribute the book without copying or re-writing it in anyway. Do this, and watch your site explode with traffic.
Social Networking – The easiest way to describe social networking is by recalling the largest social networking site on the planet…MySpace. Similar to the previous examples of blogs and forums, social networking sites allow user to register, set up home pages, create friend lists, post messages, reply to messages, set up blogs, meet and network with like minded individuals, join groups, upload images, videos and music, and a variety of other user benefits.
Although Myspace is becoming a popular arena for marketing goods and services, there are other sites dedicated to business social networking and geared towards the entrepreneur. To get started, check out sites like Directmatches, BigDaddyFriends, Ojeez, or Apsense and join them. When you’ve become a registered member, start browsing other member pages and invite them to join your friends circle. They will eventually become part of your site traffic.
Article Distribution – This is probably the most effective and long-lasting method of promoting your affiliate business and driving traffic to your site. The strategy is simple… write interesting and informative articles about a product or service that you’re promoting, include a brief bio about yourself and your business, and submit them to free article directories for others to read. This method will explode your traffic very quickly.
If you can’t drum up your first article, try researching free articles from other authors who offer their work for others to re-write and use. When you’ve found the one that fits your niche, simply re-write it using your own words. You can also register to become a MakingYouRicher Member at http://www.wealthyresults.ws/ and get many resources including free weekly content that you can use for your article distribution.
The five methods presented above are tried, tested and proven to be the most effective marketing strategies for driving traffic to your site. When we speak of traffic, we speak of buyers…not seekers. Have fun with them… try one or try all… and, in the end, you will see the results of your efforts.

Deciding on your first niche market.
The internet, over the years, has become a mega-library of resources. The need for encyclopedias, dictionaries, telephone directories and even maps, has been eliminated due to the wealth of information that the World Wide Web provides. Now, you’re able to research a topic, locate a person or business that can help you with the research, and drive to their location if necessary. This makes earning money as an Affiliate Marketer a cinch. Just find your first niche.
So, how do you define niche marketing?
A niche market is your specific group of buyers. The targeted group doesn’t include the general population of surfers… just those who are looking for your product or service. When you engage in niche marketing, your advertising campaign is intended for those buyers. It’s designed to attract them.
It sounds a bit weird to choose to market one to a limited amount of people, but in truth, it’s nearly impossible to create a campaign that will appeal to every single person. You will be disappointed with the results. That’s why niche marketing works so well.
There are, literally, billions of products you can market over the internet. Whatever you choose to sell, you should ask 3 very important questions before you venture out into the world of niche marketing:
Do you know is who will be buying your product or service? Ask yourself if your product appeals to a younger, older, or combined generation. Determine if your product will appeal to males more than females and vice-versa. When you’re comfortable with your decisions, it’s now time to start writing your site content that will target that type of an audience.
Be certain to use the right language for the right audience. You wouldn’t use street-terms or off-color jokes to target an older audience. Nor would you make reference to vintage television when targeting teens.
The language you choose to use should not seem foreign, or else, you’ll fall flat when trying to define the benefits your product or service may offer.
Benefits? What benefits? When demonstrating benefits to potential clients and buyers, there are three general approaches that you can take. The first is the proven history approach and the second is the quality product approach. The third approach is a bit milder using special occasions or holidays as your aim. Keep in mind that the three approaches can be combined to make a powerful profit-pulling campaign for any product. Every single product ever made has benefits that will appeal to someone in your target group.
The key is to study the product, know the benefits inside and out, and become a user of the product or service. Once you experience the benefits, you can begin telling your clients all the wonderful things about your experience. Become a believer and make believers of others.
Now that you’ve used the product, do you know enough to write about it? If so, how often? The ultimate question looms. Let’s face it… if you have a sincere, deep appreciation for the product your promoting, you’ll know exactly what to say about it. If you’re passionate about the Company, and you love their products, then you should be able to write a new article about the benefits of using their products just about every few weeks. Your passion should drive you to make sales.
If you choose to promote a product or service simply because the affiliate program pays well, and getting the commission is your only desire, I strongly suggest that you reconsider. You may end up with a lot of disappointment in the very end.

The Basics of Affiliate Marketing – Part One

So, you’ve decided to build a business to make money with affiliate programs. Well, before you can begin earning commissions from your newly launched website, you should first learn the two most important methods used in internet marketing.
The fact that you are reading this leads me to believe that you’re one of the many entrepreneurs seeking financial independence and wealth, while sitting at home in their pajamas because they don’t want to work the normal nine-to-fiver.
LET’S FACE IT…WHO DOES?
There’s a certain benefit of financial independence that comes with being an online affiliate marketer that you just can’t get with your normal day-job.
As an Affiliate, you have the opportunity to prove you have what it takes to get the job done through your marketing efforts…and you are rewarded for them accordingly. The more successful you are in marketing, the more of an Affiliate Success you will become.
However, before you can be successful at affiliate marketing, you should keep in mind the following:
1. Content, Content, Content…
You’ve got to be able to come up with your own unique content, and it has to be good quality stuff. The best way to get your site visitors to linger around longer is to write articles that relate to some beneficial idea of the product or service you are promoting. If your articles are eye-catching with an attention-grabbing headline, your visitors will stay and read. If your site content is drab, or should I say… BORING!!! Say good-bye after the first few seconds. Your visitors will not stay…guaranteed. After all, getting surfers to look at your website is the easy part. Getting them to stick around…that depends on your content. Now let’s me show you how to get high-quality article content for your site…free of charge!!!
2. Links, Links, Links…
The second most important thing to keep in mind is that the success of your affiliate marketing website requires traffic to your site. What better way to get traffic flowing, than to gain links that point to your web domain. The whole idea of reciprocal linking with other sites is to move your site up in search engine ratings...also known as page ranking. If reciprocal linking is a strange term for you… it simply means trading site links with other webmasters. The site master will place a link, usually in the form of a text, to your site in exchange for you doing the same. The secret to increasing your site exposures is to link with other sites that focus on the same, if not similar, topics that your site covers. In essence, the topic that your articles point to should be covered by the sites you are trading links with. Otherwise, you are going to lose brownie-points with the search engines…and that is definitely a no-no.
So, now that you are familiar with the two most important things to keep in mind at all times, you can get started building your affiliate business to spectacular proportions and income. Now, let’s get started.
Getting it started:
Before you begin, you should pick your target market area… your Niche Market if you will.
Identify some topics that you feel are important to the majority, and start researching and writing good quality articles. Remember, when writing, its quality… and not quantity that matters most.
Once you’ve identified your niche, it’s time to start writing about the benefits of your niche. Your target should be to get, at minimum, 10 articles up and running on your site. The articles should also be linked with a tracking script to see if people are reading them or not. You can learn more about tracking your articles at http://www.wealthyresults.ws/, a site dedicated to Niche Marketing and article writing.
Everyday, re-read one of your articles and see if it sounds clear and understandable. Also, check to see if your ideas jump out at the reader and are not jumbled in with the text. You should try and grab your readers by the idea you’re discussing. If your article need re-writing, feel free to do so.
This should go on for a few days until all of your articles have been re-written. In a few weeks, you should start the process of re-reading and re-writing your articles over again. Don’t be surprised if your articles sound silly the next time around. This always happens and it’s because you’re developing your writing skills more and more each time. New ideas and newer ways of expressing your ideas are coming to you with each proofing. You will develop new approaches and wording for the same topics and solutions. My advice to you… Don’t try to be original 100% of the time. It’s just not going to happen.
In part two, I’m going to show you…
• How to get attention-grabbing content for free…
• How to use pre-designed site templates to make money…
• How to know who your visitors are and where in the World they come from…
• How to create multiple streams of income from one site
So, until next time… remember to write good articles and get others websites to link with you. Cheers!!!
